The system in place for student registration is second to none, it is responsive flexible and not too complicated.

"We had always intended on expanding our current tourism business by offering 'First Aid & Water Safety training'. In doing a bit of research we discovered a very big gap in the 'First Aid' market for regional communities and businesses where we had recently relocated to. We wanted to incorporate the training into our current business so we had most of the control over schedules and delivery, we needed flexibility.
After looking at positions being offered by other RTO's we knew partnering was the answer for us.
We made contact with three RTO's directly, two of which offered partnership contracts. ABC stood out from the group. They were personal, easy to communicate with, very prompt in all communications, and were super supportive of our current business situation.

I have been teaching first aid for over 20 years and been in partnership with other RTOs. ABC met my needs 13 years ago to allow me the flexibility to develop my business and remain compliant meeting industry standards and training requirements. The last few years have seen a huge development in online learning. Due to the area I teach in having sometimes very limited internet access as well as a reluctance by some to accept this type of learning ABC has allowed our business to support both types of learning. A new online system is just being set up and I look forward to new avenues of extending our ability to train .
